DO YOU HAVE A FACTORY?

Yes, we are a direct factory, engaged in the line of yoga wear, gym wear, t-shirt, hoodie etc.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

For most garments our minimum order quantity is 100 per style/colour with a mixture of sizes included.
WHY ARE SAMPLE PRICES MORE THAN THE PRODUCTION PRICES?

To sample correctly incurs a lot of expense from our side. We need to have the pattern created, material purchased, art work printed/stitched and deliver it from our manufacturing facilities. The sample fee charged reflects the costs we need to recover from this process.
HOW CAN I GET A SAMPLE FROM YOU TO CONFIRM THE QUALITY?

- You can give us exact fabric composition, size chart and detail craft. We will arrange sample per your specification.
- You can send us a sample or your design artwork, we can make a counter sample based on
org sample or your design.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank transfer and paypal (with a 5% surcharge.) All payment details will be on our invoice and we offer no credit on orders, 100% payment must be made before delivering the garments.
WHAT COUNTRIES CAN YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES TO?

We offer worldwide tracked delivery and we have clients all over the world using our services.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY TIME? CAN WE RECEIVE ON TIME?

- Sample: 7-10 days after details confirmed.
- Mass production: 20-30 days after order confirmed.
- We regard clients time as gold, so we will do our best to delivery goods on time.
CAN YOU SUPPLY NECK LABELS AND HANG TAGS?

Yes we provide both of these as well as various other options for product finishing.
DOU YOU INSPECT THE FINISHED PRODUCTS?

- Yes, each of our production and finished products will be strictly inspected by QC before shipping.
